Hello, Thank you for choosing to book with me please read all of my policies posted below: Deposit: - deposit fees are Non-refundable and Non-transferable (unless stated otherwise). - The deposit should be made when appointment is made. It can be paid through cash app, applepay, or in person -Cashapp ID- $kymmi3doll. - my applepay will be made available upon request - If you use cash app it is a $1 fee when booking to insure I am paid in full. -$25 Payment: - CASH (preferred) - Cash app ($2 fee when paying remaining balance ) - Square Card Reader(fee calculated) -Apple Pay ($2 fee) Appointment Changes/ Cancellation: - No calls no shows will be charged full amount and subjected to being banned from booking in the future. - You have up until 24 hour before your appointment to make change or cancel it. - There is a $35 cancellation fee for same day cancellation IF IT IS CANCELED EARLY IN THE MORNING not a hour before your appointment. If your cancel right before your appointment the FULL AMOUNT is required. - If you have to make changes that result in you not coming the day that you were originally scheduled and is after the grace period you will be expected to pay another deposit to rebook another service. If you fail to do so a new appointment will not be made until it is done. Thing You Need To Know: - I am Located inside Nu Kreation BeautyMall - There is a 10 minute grace period after 10 minutes you will be charged a $15 late fee - After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled and all the cancellation rules will apply. - If you are lost PLEASE CALL ME so I can direct you to right place. - My business hours are from 11am until 6pm I will not be answering calls after 7pm. - If your need to contact me after that time texting would be most efficient. I will contact you at my earliest convenience. - Any problems making an appointments please contact me - site not working properly - don’t know what to book for - if you’re looking for appointments outside of my working hours - Any last minute openings will be posted on my social media. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. I understand things happen last minute so I reserve the right to make changes at my own discretion.
